Yes, this is the same car that BLMA announced at the National Train Show in Milwaukee last month.  Exactrail has announced that they are releasing these same ultra-modern Trinity reefers in HO and N scales.  Blaine Hadfield has also fired the first shot across the bow of BLMA over at the Atlas HO Board, claiming that the Exactrail tooling is well underway, and seeming to imply BLMA might be earlier in development and therefore should, maybe, think about possibly, stepping away from the project? Craig counters that this project has been in the making for quite a while and that ER has stepped up their schedule to try and steal some thunder. Either way, this is a great modern prototype and it sounds like each company will be releasing distinct road numbers (for the most part) giving modelers the chance to run a very nice reefer unit train.
