Intermountain January 2013 Announcements

Intermountain announced that their F3 series is making a return with 8 schemes including UP, ATSF, GN, NP, CGW, SOU, NC&StL, and Lackawanna. Also included in the announcement is a run of 4750 cuft 3-Bay Hoppers and 1937 Modified AAR Boxcars. Reservations are due by the end of February with delivery scheduled for Aug/Sept.

Monster Model Works Laser Cut Mixed Stone

Monster Model Works has put their 3D lasering skills to work on mixed cut stone sheets.  The basswood sheets have full laser-rendered detail and are designed to interlock to create large walls with nearly invisible seams. The “small” version is appropriate for N scale with stones ranging from ~10″ to ~3’8″ in height.
